Privacy Policy

At LirayBot we collect only the data required to run the service. This page explains what we process, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data we collect

• Account: E-mail address and a cryptographic hash of your password (bcrypt). We never store or see your password in plain text.
• Licence: Licence key, hardware ID (HWID), activation and last-check timestamps, last IP address. The HWID exists to keep one licence tied to one device.
• Usage telemetry: While running, the software periodically reports its version, mode, uptime and a counter. No screenshots, no game account details, no personal content is sent.
• Payment: Payments are handled by an external provider. Your card or wallet details never reach our servers; we store only the order reference and its status.

2. Why we process it

To create your account, validate your licence, prevent abuse such as licence sharing, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers needed to operate the service: the payment provider, the e-mail delivery service, our hosting provider and our network/security provider. It may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.

4. Retention

Account and licence records are kept while your account exists. Telemetry records are kept for a limited period. On deletion request we remove your data except records we are legally required to retain.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing and to data portability. Use the contact channel below to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.
