Refund Policy

LirayBot is a digital product and the licence key becomes usable the moment it is delivered. Our refund conditions are below.

1. When we refund

• Payment was taken but no licence key was delivered
• The software does not work due to a defect on our side that we cannot resolve in reasonable time
• You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

2. When we do not refund

• Your game account being warned, suspended or banned
• Change of mind, choosing the wrong plan, or simply not using it
• Licence termination caused by a breach of the Terms of Service
• The game shutting down, changing its rules, or an update breaking compatibility

3. How to request

Contact us through the channel below within 14 days of purchase, with your order reference and a description of the problem. We resolve requests within 7 business days.

4. Crypto payments

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued on the same network at the exchange rate on the day of approval. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
